The very first class began with a meditation that led to what we now know as "The Saffron & Crimson Thread."

We look forward to sharing our story with you. We have lots of stories and tidbits of life, wellness, fitness, and holistic living — but all of what you experience with us, online and in person, started somewhere.

It may take the back-burner for now, but the story will be told. Please be patient while this website is under construction.
