New Body In Unity DVD release
Finally, what we’ve all been looking for and what you’ve been asking for! Our friends at BodyInUnity have recently released their first 75min Christian Yoga dvd. Having viewed it for the first time this evening, I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of content and production.
I was delighted to accept invitation and play a small supporting role as this dear friend and I share vision for Christ-centered living and fitness.
