We are delighted to return to the 2013 Florida United Methodist Conference Women’s Retreats in 2013. It was a memorable debut year in 2012 as we moved, twisted, breathed and stretched like we have never done before. The good times will roll again with the theme of “Rooted in Trust”. With our hearts and minds fixed on Jeremiah 17:7-8 and Ephesians 3: 16 – 18 we will flow to another great beat in both basics mat-based and chair-based classes.
