I thoroughly enjoyed Becky’s workout. I felt more relaxed and stronger throughout the entire day. I took my teenage daughter and she wishes we could go to Becky’s class two times every week! Dave C.

ALIGN was absolutely my favorite yoga class ever and I have had dozens of instructors. Becky used a variety of movements but smooth transitions. ALIGN is spiritual but not hokey new age stuff. I loved it :) Mary Margaret
