For those eager for an intense workout from a Christian worldview in mind-body exercise. We aim to “bring it” on a level that challenges each participant. Come mentally prepared to sweat and flow with the wonder of all your human body is capable of. Some prior athleticism and an introduction to our classes required, but no need to feel like a super-buff! Participants say, “It’s a strong workout yet I leave so calm and relaxed.” You won’t find that at the gym! We think you will love it!
