By request we will be recording some of your favorite ALIGN fitness classes on audio. Not video? Well that’s an intense undertaking and besides, via audio we’ll be sparing you the crick in your neck trying to watch the TV during chaturanga and we will continue to encourage stepping away from technology during your moments of peace.
How will you get this audio? Over the next three months we will record one basics and one intermediate class each month. $10 will get you the access code to download our first audio class. $20 will give you access to download all three (one each month). You are welcome to buy one and invite friends over to take the class with you and reuse it over and over again! If you know you are already interested, we will have a order sheet and be accepting prepay during our Ocala ALIGN celebration class Monday. Order and payment is also available by mail.
